Deine Fragen. Klar beantwortet.
Du bist unsicher bei deinem Foto oder deiner Gravur? Schreib uns – wir helfen dir gerne weiter.
What kind of photo works best for the eye engraving?
A good smartphone photo is enough: bright, sharp and with the eyes fully visible. Please upload the original file if possible and avoid filters or screenshots.
Where do I enter my personalization?
Choose the desired version on the product page. The relevant fields for photos, names or engraving text will appear there. Please check your details before ordering.
What makes a meaningful gift for my partner?
Eye partner bracelets carry your gaze with you. Name bracelets preserve your words or a special date. A personalized keychain is a daily reminder you can take anywhere.

The current delivery estimate is shown on the product page and in our shipping information. If you need the item for a specific date, please also allow time for personalization.
Can I return a personalized piece of jewelry?
