🛒 Ordering process

How can I place an order?
👉 Select your desired product, add it to your shopping cart 🛍️, and proceed to checkout. Simply follow the instructions and pay – done!

Which payment methods do you accept?

  • Other methods depending on the country (visible at checkout)

Can I change or cancel my order?
✏️ Write to us as soon as possible at kundenservice@foreverengraved.de – we will try to change or cancel your order in time.

How do I find out the status of my order?
📦 You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?
🇩🇪 We deliver throughout Germany – also to Austria, Switzerland and many EU countries.

How much are the shipping costs?
📬 Shipping is free for orders over 50 € !
For orders under 50 € we charge a fair 3.99 € shipping fee .

How long does delivery take?
📦 Usually 1–4 business days (depending on the product and shipping service). International deliveries take approximately 5–10 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?
🌍 Yes – unfortunately, some countries are not available. Please check the country selection.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
🗓️ Returns or exchanges are possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Are personalized products non-returnable?
🛑 Yes – since they are made individually for you, we cannot take them back .

Who bears the return costs?
🚚 You as the buyer, unless the fault is ours (e.g. defective product).

How does the refund process work?
💰 After receiving and inspecting the return, you will receive your money back via the original payment method .

Where can I find more detailed information about the products?
🔍 On every product page you will find all the details – description, dimensions, material, customer reviews, etc.

Are the pictures realistic?
📷 Yes – our photos show the products as accurately as possible. Slight color variations due to display settings are possible.

Is there a guarantee on the products?
🛡️ Some products have manufacturer warranties. Information about these can be found directly with the product or upon request.

📬 Yes! Sign up on our homepage and receive news, offers, and discounts directly by email.
