Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery area

The goods are delivered throughout Europe.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany)

  • €4.95 shipping costs per order

  • Free shipping on orders over €50.00

Deliveries abroad

  • Flat rate shipping costs €7.00

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered by

  • Within Germany: 1–4 working days

  • For international deliveries: 5–10 working days

after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, they will be shipped together in one package unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time .
